Return Policy

At beginingbuy.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.

Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Process:

1. Request a Return Authorization (RA):

   • Visit our Returns Center and enter your order number and email address to start the return process.
   • You will receive an RA number and further instructions via email.

2. Prepare Your Return:

   • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible.
   • Include your RA number inside the package.

3. Ship Your Return:

   • Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the package.
   • Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
• Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

International Returns

For international returns, please contact our Customer Service team to obtain an RA number and return instructions. Note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs on international orders.
